Top presidential adviser Karl Rove asserted today that the Bush administration is "doing a heck of a lot better job" in controlling the U.S.-Mexican border...

He expressed confidence that Republicans will do "just fine" in the November midterm elections, predicting that voters would stick with "center-right" candidates and reject what he called the "obstructionism" of Democrats.
