BREAKING NEWS! Stool Sample Shows No Evidence of Harmful Parasites
Robert Luskin's cat is doing well!

"The cat's fine, thanks. Her stool sample shows no evidence of harmful parasites, which is one of the big differences between my cat's stools and this case. i do, occasionally, take a day (or, if i can, an evening) off." -- Mr. Robert Luskin

1. BTW, Lepold will out his sources if they lied to him
From TalkLeft: "Sunday night I reported the details of my phone call with Jason in which Jason expressed confidence his report was correct and confirmed that he would out his sources if it turned out they provided false information."

5. Thanks; I saw that, and I noticed that his promise was somewhat
qualified.

But I figure he'll come through.

And the one thing that makes me not mind so much if this Leopold story is inaccurate is: I still think Fat Ass IS going to be indicted. I've read the articles about what he testified and when he testified to certain things, and I think there's a clear-cut case there that he lied to the grand jury and to the FBI investigators. Either of those things is a crime. It's all going to come down to the group dynamics within the grand jury. I have high hopes.

4. LOL! Yes, but this thread gives it the proper perspective,
don't you think? I mean, hey, this is IMPORTANT STUFF!

No word on what Karl's stool sample shows. I'm guessing he's passed a whole brick by now.

3. Dear DU Mods:
I'm sorry. I'm sorry I posted this quote regarding Robert Luskin's cat.

I just had to vent my total and complete disgust that half the blogosphere was reading about some COMPLETE ASSHOLE who had the unmitigated GALL to be rude to Jeralyn Merritt, who seems like a decent sort, simply because, as he rudely told her Saturday night, he had spent his Friday "at home tending a sick cat". And this is supposed to take precedence over what will be one of the biggest and most eagerly awaited news stories of the year.

Also apologies to Luskin's cat. It can't be easy being a cat owned by pond scum.

JMO.

6. Just Curious
Why do you think it's appropriate to call someone at 10 pm on a Saturday night regarding something that involves that person's day job?

This was not an emergency. No one was dying. The republic was not in jeapordy.

Where do we get off thinking this was civil or appropriate behaviour?

Had I received a call from someone on Saturday night at home, especially someone I didn't know, I don't think I would have restrained myself as well as Mr. Luskin did.
