Does the GOP sell e-mail and home address lists?

I have an e-mail account that I use for setting up online memberships that I don't want my real e-mail used for. However the only one that ever had my address included in the setup was in the 2004 election - at GOPTeamLeader.com. Don't worry - I was a Kerry supporter. I was just taking a page from the Karl Rove playbook. Anyway...

I haven't used that particular account in a while (just access it now and then to confirm new accounts at sites, and occasionally so the account doesn't get deactivated) and of course I get a lot of spam. However, I noticed a few with my address from 2 years ago, one that I only used with this account at the GOP site:

So the GOP sells its e-mail lists? And not just that (because that's fairly common among scammers, i.e. Rethugs), but home addresses as well! Basically all your personal info. How nice.
