1. That first NO (more or less) vote was me saying that they plan
to install Scalito on the bench and they damn well expect favors in return when the end up being tried for any one of a number of crimes. Taking bribes, fraud, etc.

3. Some of these buttheads want to use the nuclear option
...and are just waiting for the opportunity.

4. Hmm...if it becomes blatant,
do you suppose that Alito will be the first Supreme Court Justice who will be impeached on ethical grounds? Has it happened before? Keep in mind that the stink from the Bush-GOP scandals are going to go on for years.

6. I think that soon they will overstep their bounds so badly that
they'll play hell even walking down the street without their own little army of mercenaries to cover their asses. They're all suffering from the Tom DeLay Syndrome. Too damn arrogant and stupid to know that once you cross that metaphorical line in the sand, there's no going back.

Women are not going to like this. Truly, the majority are not going to go for this. And I'm not saying that because I'm pro-abortion or anything like that, because actually I'm not. But this is going to ignite a shit-storm of feminine outrage like hasn't been seen in a long time. And not just because of the abortion thing. Scalito is a sexist, racist cretin. But I guess that goes without saying. He's a republican bush** ass kisser.

I would truly like to see any and all grades he got in any civics, American government or constitutional law classes he ever took.

5. Why?
I don't get it. What do they have to fear from a filibuster? It's going to put all the heat on the Dems, as evidenced by Feinstein's pussy reaction.

7. Because it would force them to act instead of threatening to.
The mainstream, the majority of Americans, are not behind this administration. Only the MSM is. Let them go nuclear. If NOW is not the time, then when??
