What is a progressive?

Conservatives are in collapse. Progressives are on the rise. Now everyone and her brother are calling themselves "progressives." So it's time for some definition.

If you had 30 seconds to tell someone what a "progressive" is, what would you say?

This is a tougher question than it sounds. Share your answer with us. Your fellow supporters at the Campaign for America's Future will vote on the most compelling responses.
