union president spoke by phone (can't find name).....he said the entire thing was bogus.....explicitly said national guard would not help, no matter how many were there, b/c they could only observe, not arrest

he also said many illegals in the interior cannot be held b/c there is no place to hold them.....therefore they are just let go into the general population

is this info correct? I know little about how the border patrol works
