Pentagon Releases 9/11 Security Video

By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
Published: May 16, 2006
WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Pentagon on Tuesday released the first video images of American Airlines (NYSE:AMR) Flight 77 crashing into the military headquarters building and killing 189 people in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Video at: http://www.nytimes.com/aponline/us/AP-Sept-11-Video.html?hp&ex=1147838400&en=640d99f291ed47fe&ei=5094&partner=homepage

The images, recorded by Pentagon security cameras outside the building, were made public in response to a December 2004 Freedom of Information Act request by Judicial Watch, a public interest group. Some still images from the video had previously been leaked and publicly circulated, but this was the first official release.

Please see these any way you can, I'm sure the authors don't mind free distibution of these however, they should be compensated for the time and energy of making these films.

barely above ground level approach the building right in the first five seconds (04 seconds to be precise in the NYT link video. The object is just to the right of the parking lot gate at that point.) I'm amazed that the 'plane' was flown at this height, parallel to the ground. It also looks way small.

Then again, if it isn't flight 77 then where the heck is that plane and all the people who were on it? Where is flight 77 if it didn't slam into the pentagon? I keep having a bit of a problem with that part of the 'it was a missile' theory.

4. Has anyone ever wondered why a security camera
at the ultra-secure (and unlimited budget) Pentagon is incapable of capturing clear enough video to actually be used in security?
