If there is not going to be a filibuster on Alito, the Dems who do support a filibuster should walk out and leave their Democratic colleagues who oppose the filibuster there to vote on Alito alongside the Republicans. Show their asses right up.

3. If some Dems wanna stand with the Repugs in giving away our rights? |
|
Let them stand with the Repugs. Those that don't can at least give us a powerful sign that there is an opposition party out there that will try to stand up, even if its only a subsect of the Democratic party.
This warrants protest.
