Question about oil/pipelines

Does anyone know a good resource for keeping track of the world oil supply and the pipelines that currently carry it plus new ones being constructed or planned? Is there a website that follows this specifically? Or a good book to read up on it in? A magazine focused on it? A blog, even?

I have a hard time keeping this stuff straight and would like a resource to refer to, preferably something that is updated on a regular basis. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
