Did Hardball really tape two shows today?

I heard a guest on Al Franken say they did. Franken laughed and said one was with Rove indicted episode and the other was without. So why would Chris do that? Was he anticipating something too? That's pretty fishy if you ask me.

Does anyone else have any additional info or thoughts on this tidbit I heard today on Air America?

3. That was Joe Conason. I took it as a joke. It aired toward the end of the

show which would be close to 3 pm Eastern. Consason said it in response to Franken's question about what was going on with Rove. I took it was a joke, playing off Matthews' breathless excitement last week.
