I have no sympathy for Joe Lieberman...
In fact, I hope he is defeated in the primary. He has played both sides of the fence, in order to keep the Democratic base votes and enough Republican votes to make him unbeatable up to this point. But, Repubs don't vote in the primary, do they Joe? Maybe you would like to smack another wet one on Dubya now? Perhaps you would like to support this President with his judicial appointments now? Perhaps you still are 100% supportive of this illegal war now? There is a price to pay for hypocrisy and disloyalty. It must be very frightening to see your opponent get 32% of the vote this far out from the primary in August, and to think that your votes came from the activists in the Party. I would be very concerned about the primary if I were you. This is going to be a very close election.

A Republican portraying a Democrat.

2. Sympathy? I have contempt, loathing, distaste, repulsion and
perhaps a touch of disgust, but definitely no sympathy here. Nope, none at all.

3. Joe Lieberman don't have any sympathy for us either.
Or respect either...If it votes like a duck then it probably is a duck. A Zell of a "Democrat" and he's been pissed since the 2004 campaign where he didn't get but about a dozen votes.

4. he personally called hundreds of delegates
and he still lost more than 1 vote in 3.

The worst thing, to me, was that he did not rule out running as an independent if he lost the primary... meaning, he'd go against the wishes of Democrats to run as an independent!

5. Why should he care that the Democrats have spoken?
He is a paid whore--doesn't matter to him where the votes come from.
