because its simply not productive. This allows me to develop my own opinion without being unduly influenced by prejudicial comments on either side.
Here's what I know: There apparently was a story on Truthout that claimed Rove had been indicted. The story turned out to be false.
With an issue of this importance, that sort of misreporting is the fastest route to having no credibility.
So in my case, at least, its not about "eating your own", but rather about being careful and selective when navigating on-line news sources. The beauty o the web is the ability to access lots of great information. But one has to do it while avoiding the mistrusted sources.
