1. First, you'll have to define "illegal" for me. |
|
Do you mean everyone who has ever broken a law?

8. I've gone into Mexico and Canada |
|
with ID, but no VISA. If I'd told the border guard I was going for a day, but stayed for 2, would that make me an illegal?
What if I said I was going for a day, but stayed for a week?

3. Legals framed our house, sponsered legals. |
|
I don't know what a sponsered or spousal illegal could be. Think you need to change that word "illegal" to "imigrant"

7. legals immigrants need sponsors....do not "illegals" |
|
once the gov. says its olay to come in??...........I think this question is quit simple........Immigrants do it legfgally and have to have a sponsor....yet Illegals can cross the border.which means they have already broker the law.........do they have to get a sponsor to stay per.........what does the gov....say?....they just get to stay free and not be checked or what?

12. is the gov........going to sponsor.said illegals....as reg legals |
|
or not?.................I really don't see what is so hard about this question.........are "illegals" going to be treated as "legals" when it comes to background checks .......immunization records .criminal records......sponsors who state they will take care of them in the result of job loss and not become the burden of the system.................

10. Illegals don't have a sponsor. Now if the question is who wants to |
|
keep them here, that would be all those who employ them. It runs the gamut from contractors, lawn services, meat packers, etc, all the way down to the individual who hires someone to mow their lawn or dig a trench.

11. Sure, I'll support that... |
|
I have no problem whatsoever with granting immigrants citizenship. I don't care how they got here (legally or illegally) - but that is not to be construed as believing that we don't need to actually secure the border (at which point I would favor extensive immigration...).
Expand the economy. Expand the workfore. Expand the number of individuals covered under our labor laws. Expand the number of (future) business owners. Expand the number of tax-payers. Expand the number of voters...
I'll take you one step further... I'm more than happy for my tzx dollars to pay for them to go to school (including college). In fact, I'll even pay MORE taxes for it.
I believe this and the concept of secured borders are not mutually exclusive...
GROW OUR ECONOMY NOW - OR WE WILL JUST BE SWALLOWED UP BY CHINA'S SIZE AND INDIA'S EDUCATION THAT MUCH FASTER.
Come one, come all.
