18. It was eloquently obvious! I'm currently living in Lubbock... the local

news media seems bent out of shape about their song Lubbock or Leave it! It's been quite interesting, as she grew up here. Apparently she has accused the city of being racist, among other things. She seems like such a good, honest person! I'm so glad they're performing again.

The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson. Guess he doesn't rank well enough to be on Letterman or Leno.

23. This must be a repeat

I saw him on Ferguson like 3 or 4 weeks ago

and was actually impressed by him. He refused to make any political statements when Craig quizzed him about Iraq, saying he wanted to keep the focus on the troops, the reason he does the USO, etc. I think he may've even pointed out that various soldiers have differing political opinions, etc. Anyway, I came away from it with a totally different impression of him than I would've gotten just from his music. He was actually rather affable and reasonable.
