One thing that MUST be looked at in this matter is whether or not the Democrats receiving the money knew that the firm was doing something illegal. It all sounds like pure BS spun by the rightwing republican controlled media as a way to take the focus off of themselves.

How in the world would a candidate receiving a campaign contribution be expected to know anything about any of the clients from this firm? :shrug: Not anywhere does it say or imply that any Democrat took any bribes from Milberg Weiss.

1. If you look at their clientele...it's class action suits.

They seem to specialize in corporate/government fraud. No wonder the Republicans are going after them. I posted their statement earlier...it's quite illuminating. They are trying to ruin the entire company's reputation over 2 associates and referral fees. This could get real interesting.
