Hmmm,cheaper than all that advertising to make you vote. This was for govenor race in Arizona.

It's a simple premise: if you vote you are eligible for a million dollar drawing.
The guy who thought it up just wants to get more people to vote. Hasn't been well recieved by either Dems or Repugs.
