Just watching the CNN piece on FEMA

and what hasn't happened in 5 months...this is unforgiveable..
Fema has not paid for some trailers yet? Fema not giving money to Cities waiting
long after all the paperwork has been filled out...
They (the media, the people being interviewed) are still claiming its
bureaucracy holding everything up...but personally, I have to say,
I don't believe that for 1 second. Holding back a city its money that all levels
of government have supposedly said they can have? what is that about?
Where is the Fema money?
Extreme Home Makeover can build a house in 7 days...and Fema can't get a cheque
over to a city it's entitled too receive? What in the world is going on?????
