Don't subscribe to Stephanie Miller Podcasts |

I subscribed the first day they were offered. All went well for about 2 weeks. Then when I would log in I would get invalid user or password. No big deal I thought, I will just request another password. I've requested 3 passwords and none of them work. I have written the webmaster 3 times. I have heard NOTHING in return. I have written Stephanie twice. I have heard NOTHING in response. Of course, yesterday they charged my credit card another 7.95. I am calling my bank today and canceling the deduction form my account. So if you want to throw away 8 dollars a month go ahead and subscribe. I am going to listen to the show today and I am going to write all of her advertisers and tell them of what shitty service I got and that I will not buy any products advertised on her show because of the HORRIBLE response I got from her & her people.

or whatever they call themselves. Major clients from the media, education, e-commerce. They get out an initial product for you, but they don't debug it (then they ask for more money). That's like buying a pair of pants with a leg missing, and being told - "yeah, sorry about that. I could get you another pant leg for fifty bucks"

I have no dog in this fight, but I can tell you that I tried to get her live feed and I got error messages saying contact the tech person, so I did, at least 2 times, and I never heard from them, ever. I even wrote to Stephanie and every e-mail address they have and I never got a reply from anyone.
I don't know about their podcast service, but I do know if you have a problem nobody will help you or even answer your e-mails.
I personally would never do any business with a service that runs their operation like that.

Possibly you could email the person who contacted me. If you send me some DU mail I will provide you with the email addy. They were very prompt & professional once they knew of my situation
