Let's face it. If you're the President of Mexico, you're corrupt beyond belief. Not a judgement. Just a well documented fact.

So, here's what we do. We encourage (bribe) Fox and the Mexican Legislature to require all Mexicans to wear special National I.D. necklaces. Failure to do so will result in swift punishment. These "necklaces" will be provided free of charge, by the newly merged, Halliburton-Blackwater Invisible Fence Company, under a no-bid, US Gov't contract.

Then Bechtel, the engineering firm can lay Super Invisible Fence cable, the entire length of the border. And any Mexican, that comes within 200 yards of the border, is quietly discouraged from coming any closer.

I bet we could even get Lou Dobbs behind this one.

And Lou won't stop short of shooting every illegal immigrant (On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and alternate Sundays) or giving them immediate citizenship (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and high holidays).
