Man goes missing after police arrest at London protest
On August 1st 2005 this man was arrested and taken into police custody during a protest in Parliament Square, London.

No one present at that protest has reported seeing him or hearing from him since he was bundled into a police van and taken away. Police now claim to have no knowledge or record of this man, or of his arrest.

A woman of Sudanese appearance also 'disappeared' in this way, but - as yet - we do not have a photograph of her.

So we're starting with this man, who we have plenty of photos of:

Who is he, why did he not appear in court like everyone else, and why do the police now deny all knowledge of an arrest that was seen and photographed by dozens of witnesses?

Please help us to find this man.

1. If we don't know his name...
how do we know he was never processed?

2. 7 people were arrested.
Many people witnessed this.

Police claimed that only 5 people were arrested.

He was never processed. According to the police, they never arrested him in the first place.

3. is he a cop?
Lots of infiltrators in every group -- or so it seems.

If he is a cop he would have been release with no record.

4. That's my gut feeling
Further enhanced by this comment made at my site:

I was close by as he got arrested and I will say this, he really, really resisted arrest and shouted a lot of swear words as he was dragged off. Now if he was an experienced campaigner he'd know not to make a sound or a noise so as not to resist arrest or be done for other offences. I'm not sure if he was a plant but something ain't right...

Even more reason to find out who he is.

(The subsequent court cases for those prosecuted involved a lot of evidence from police saying that arrests were made because of fears for public safety, as things were 'getting out of hand'. If they had a man inside making sure that things escalated in this way, well...)

5. That was the pattern of the infiltrators during the Vietnam era
the ones who tried to whip up the group to violence -- were most often cops.
