S-2611 is finishing final amendment that will punish one group with no tax refund, only collection of taxes to be permitted. That condition would apply to all those imigrants for the duration of application period of five years. Pretty bogus (see discusting). Amendment failed by three votes last time they tried it. Hoping for farness here.

Final passage of the overall bill coming shortly. Kennedy in the Senate and prepairing to take the floor to defend the bill, with RW circuling over on the side. I believe that the debate will be one hour with 30 min controled by Kennedy and 30 minutes to the opposition. At least that's how most of the time it's alotted for final passage.
