Please start using the adjective " Bush Pioneer"
Edited on Thu May-25-06 05:29 PM by Laura PackYourBags
whenever you refer to Abramoff or Ken Lay who are the biggest criminals around and were also Bush Pioneers !. In not one single account of the jury verdict today, have I heard this mentioned.

Bush's Rangers and Pioneers
Rangers are an elite class of fundraisers created for the 2004 election cycle who have bundled at least $200,000 for the Bush campaign. Pioneers are those who have pledged to gather $100,000. For the 2004 campaign, there are 221 Rangers and 327 Pioneers, so far. In the 2000 campaign, 550 fundraisers signed up to be Pioneers, and at least 241 of them reached their goal. Use this search engine to find information about Rangers and Pioneers, which is presented in cooperation with Texans for Public Justice.

1. I Would If Not For The Fact That No One Would Know WTF I Was Talking About
Points are generally made more readily when they don't have to be explained in detail to the audience.

Saying "They were some of shrubby's biggest campaign donors" would probably suit the average person just fine.

Reminds me of an ad I saw on DU today (been seeking them out because I have a keen sense of internet ad ignore).

Bush is listening. Use big words:)

9. ok - you win. However, I could envision Wolf Blitzer saying,
"Today, Ken Lay, a former Bush Pioneer, who donated over $100,000, was found guilty of all counts..."

19. And that should really piss you off
Because in a sane world, the Enron trial would have been covered at least half as much as the Duke rape story or Natalie Holloway - with the Bush Pioneer caveat every time it ran. Everybody ought to know what a Bush Pioneer is.

6. I agree with you. Put a name on it. It's easier to remember.
What is Bush doing associating with -- indeed owing his presidency to -- convicted criminals?

20. How about bush high-roller? Technically correct because he's
gambled recklessly with America's future by helping this bastard steal the White House.

How 'bout bush backer.

bush banker?

bush buddy? Alliteration is always a good memory hook - easy to remember, easy (AND kind of fun) to roll off the tongue.

bush cohort.

bush henchman.

bush pal.

bush money-man/money-guy.

bush money-bag.

bush pusher.

Another Toxic Texan, just like his pal george.
