Let me finish, Let me finish!
does this irritate anyone as much as I when I see bushit in a press conference. I was just lookin at the press conference between blair and bushit, when a reporter ask a question he always does this and never gives an answer. He really makes me angry when he does this especially this time because, he said to the reporter " You thought you were going to get a follow up well no" and then proceeded to call on someone else.

I also hate when he does this and the other reporters never ask a follow up and work on him like they did Scottie in the press briefings, if they worked on him that way we would be sure to see a melt down on screen. The way bushit has been trying to silence them and throw them in jail you would think they would have enough sense to do this. They all seem to get scared when he pounds on the podium and keeps repeating the same bushit he has been repeating for years.

2. Well, what the hell are they good for

If they can't stand up for themselves they can't stand up for the public and our rights to know. If they keep this up they will be in jail if they work together he can't fight them all they should keep pounding like any other pres, even though I don't consider him to be the president.

4. He's an arrogant condescending POS that believes no one can
question his actions. "That's the interesting thing about being the pResident", doncha know? The reporters that he's SO RUDE too, are probably in shock, even still, at his arrogance. Not to mention his stupidity while *trying* to answer their questions. I'm sure they expect to be brushed off or given a non answer, still they at least at times, put it out there. It only makes ** look the fool, even while he doesn't get that.

5. This is the dumbest non-president there has ever been...
Edited on Sat May-27-06 04:51 PM by butterfly77
they have seen his little performance over and over again and you would think by now they would know how to approach him and get him off point and make him stumble even more than he already does. Another thing he does is start screaming and repeating the same points and they should pick off every point and make him answer. The only one I saw do this the other night was the guy from CBS,when he tried to dismiss the reporter from ABC who( asks good questions) this reporter I believe his name is Bill Plante took him back up on it.

8. Well, I wasn't trying to defend the reporters, just trying to put myself
in their shoes. On second thought, I would rather believe that they are in shock even now, at his arrogance and condescendingly stupid approach to dealing with them, rather than to think they are afraid of him. It would be so easy for them to put him in his place. Maybe it's the nicknames he gives them, that they covet? :silly: :spank: I don't get it either butterfly77.

9. They teach that in Right Wing Politics School
Just watch any yakker on teevee.

Some of them major in "Let Me Finish', often with a minor in "Talk Forever Without Stopping to Breathe or Think'.

12. It fits "Look At Me!" Junior's personality, too.
For him, it's not only a filibuster and nesting digressions in digressions, it's also about being on stage and the center of (narcissistic) attention. You could wear out a dozen shepherd's crooks just dragging him off the stage, if anybody had the cojones. He feeds insatiably on the attention and the manipulative control over others. Cheney and Co. have to send him on trips, to Camp David, or to Crawford just to get his sorry ass out of the West Wing. He's clearly a 'black hole' for anyone foolish enough to become an audience for his narcissism.
