Article II, Section I of the Constitution: Presidential oath of office |
|
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.
This is Bush's job descripion and he has failed at so many levels.
he is impeachable simply for sex crimes...He did not preserve, protect and defend the Constitution, he raped it repeatedly.

6. The oath bush swore at his inauguration had the following.... |
|
in teeny, tiny letters:
..and will, to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States....as interpreted by my future AG, Alberto Gonzales.
