I mean no disrespect to those effected by the horrific brutality inflicted on people by the Nazis. I just wonder, as the Pope asks about where God was, I wonder where the church was during those times. I wonder where the church is today as well. It has remained relatively quiet on the Iraq war, yet has taken great pains to attack gays every chance it gets. I would think on the list of sins, homosexuality would be far down the list compared to the deaths of thousands and thousands of human beings. In fact, it doesn't even rank in God's top ten list, but thou shalt not kill does.
