original story IED killed these people

payments made to victims - are not made unless we killed them one way or another

and they knew the next day what happened

3. What they do have is a lot of experience covering up atrocities
Generally they are successful. Soon they will confiscate all personal communications, recording, and photographic devices. Technology has proven a major pain in the ass this time for them. Everything would be fine without those damned digital cameras.
