Are Dick Cheney's money managers betting on bad news?
So, kiddies, get ready for the next Great Depression. I read sometime ago that Bill Gates has been doing similar things with his funds.

Vice President Cheney's financial advisers are apparently betting on a rise in inflation and interest rates and on a decline in the value of the dollar against foreign currencies. That's the conclusion we draw after scouring the financial disclosure form released by Cheney this week.

1. Wow, the Bushes are paupers
compared to Lynn and Dick.

Possibly $94 million in assets? Jeez Louise.

And it's a lie that Dick doesn't pay any attention to his investments and lets others handle it for him. Even I, with my paltry little investments, have to sign a statement that my advisor has explained the risks to me and that I have made the decisions regarding my investments.

4. I think the Bush's have very cleverly hidden their assets...
they've got to be worth much more than that. I'm not a money expert, but perhaps it's tied up in trust funds in the "family's" name somewhere, and he doesn't have to disclose on a technicality. It's being harbored somewhere, perhaps overseas?

And I agree, I picture Dick Cheney as a Scrooge McDuck, who goes down into his cellar everyday and counts his money. GREEDY BASTARD!!!

GWB will never be a paycheck from bankruptcy.

You can take that to the bank.
