Gawd! Gas goes up to 3.00 a gallon

Lets look into the future, lets say after the election. Gas rises to 3.50 per, then goes down to 3.42. Praise the incredible fiscal leadership of the grand old party. Its hard work being a "conservative."

And mr cheney said that mr reagan made it clear, "deficits don't matter."

but I traveled down south this weekend and it was a good 35 cents cheaper. What is up with that?

9. Stuck at 2.99 here for a few weeks now...

Down from 3.10 about a month ago.

It was at 2.20 a year ago... that's .80 more per gallon.

But even though it hurts, and even though it is making the Bush Mob rich, there is a positive side to high prices. The only way to stop this mess we're in, is to pull their plug. And it seems it always takes a crisis for us to change. This is our crisis.

I wasn't going to start posting this, because I'm not much of a Friedman fan. But he brings up extremely important points in this talk.
