I don't have a link. It ws part of the news on WTTP radio at 1:00PM in Pgh.

Sorry, I didn't hear a breakdown between parties, but I believe I heard it was mostly Pubs!

This is GREAT NEWS folks! a. is a purple State, not quite a blue one. Some of the talking heads claimed if a lot of Pa. incumbants lost in the primary, that was a good indicator of what will happen in Nov. I sure hope they're right!!!!

2. I think all but three were republicans from what I heard last
however the entire state legislature and senate need a good scrubbing and I fear that in the republican districts they may be replaced by Toomey wanna be's which could be far worse...

3. If I recall, the legislatures voted themselves a huge raise
last year, and there is a huge effort to oust all of them. I think that is what is going on, and not a reflection of national politics.

4. It might be partly do to the raises, but not all.
Quite a few Dem incumbants had no problem in their primary.
At least so far, Rendell is leading Swann by high double digits, Santorum is loosing to Casey by double digits.

I still this it's a positive indicator!

6. It is no indicator for November
PA is a special case because of the bitterness following a legislative pay raise. And, in most cases, it was moderate Republicans beaten in the primaries by more hard-line conservatives.
