a professional. Bush needed an actor/spokesperson who knows how to speak, carry himself, and isn't intimidated by controversy. And that's exactly what he got with Snow. As previous posters have said, it's very apparent to all that what you see isn't exactly what you get. Snow is just more polished than Scotty, but it's the same message, just a new messenger.
