3. A Marine is suing Michael Moore
for $85,000,000.00 over use of his image and words in Farenheit 9/11

Freakers hope this leaves, (how did they describe it?) "that fat bastard traitor" Michael Moore homeless and on Food Stamps.

6. Well, Michael Moore can come stay at my house then.
Anyone else willing to let Michael Moore crash on your couch if he's left homeless and on food stamps?

I don't think I could afford to FEED Michael Moore... But he could sure come stay at my place until his next multi-million dollar blockbuster gets him back on his feet.

4. It's from a NY Post story
http://www.nypost.com/php/pfriendly/print.php?url=http://www.nypost.com/news/nationalnews/69383.htm

Visiting the Post is about the same as visiting Freakerland, only with "gooder" spelling and grammar.

Deluded vet (probably backed by Swift Boaters for Getting Junior's Ass Out of ANOTHER Sling) is suing Michael Moore for $75+ million because he was "made to appear opposed" to the war when in fact he supports it. We see similar behavior from abused children, who will make up outrageous lies & commit all sorts of degrading acts to please their abusers.
Apparently Moore showed the Ditto Head being treated (Ditto Head: "It hurts like a vice") in a segment of Farenheit 9/11 on the Administration ignoring needs of disabled & wounded vets. In a TOTALLY unrelated development, a group of "59 companies" has built the Ditto Head a new house "designed to his particular limitations" (he lost both arms.)
<Yawn> Think the judge will have any trouble dropping the gavel on this one (assuming he ahs studied law - not always a given with Ronnie Raygun, Poppy & Junior's appointees)?

7. I think this one is frivolous..
If Michael Moore has a signed release from Damon. If he lost both arms, he must have agreed to be included in the film somehow. Verbal agreement on tape, maybe?

8. So, private citizens and 59 companies chip-in to buy this guy a home...
and the ungrateful idiot has the gall to turn around and tell us that the government is treating him and his vets just fine, after it took private citizens like us to put a roof over his head?

I feel bad for the guy, and I wish him a speedy recovery. I hope he manages to put food on his family. We owe him a great debt for his service.

But you know what?

This administration-- the one that put him in harm's way-- has left him homeless and injured-- and he stands there defending the rat bastards that did this to him?

After paying $8 Trillion, I don't think we should have needed 59 companies working together to take care of this man. I think, if our huge national debt should do anything, it should take proper care of our sick and injured vets.

We owe them that much.

But, to paraphrase what they told The Dixie Chicks, Peter Damon should shut-up and... and... what can he do now that our government has left him homeless and injured anyway? I mean, aside from suing Michael Moore?

12. You are SOOOOOO RIGHT!
He'd be better off suing the VA for the lifetime medical care he was promised.

He'd be better off suing the Republican Congress and President that cut his VA benefits.

I guess the kool-aid Limbaugh serves is some potent stuff!

Let's see, I was injured in a war based on false pretenses - Check

I was left homeless because of cuts to the VA - Check

A group of Americans had to build me a house (maybe even an organization founded by that traitor Jimmy Carter) - Check

Private citizens helped provide me with shelter, food, and transportation because Dead-Eye Dick needed another $5,000,000.00 in tax-cuts - Check

What should I do?

I'll sue Michael Moore - Priceless

or should I say "shameless".

14. Yeah, damn Michael Moore for showing the world how Bush fucked me over...
Let's take it out on Michael Moore!

On the other hand...

Maybe Michael Moore asked the guy to sue him so he could get more publicity for his upcoming film, Fahrenheit 9-11 1/2?

Maybe the marine is in cahoots with Michael Moore? Some people think so.

I mean, you can't buy that sort of publicity, right?

Or maybe you can?

Imagine if Michael Moore is actually paying the guy's legal fees through a third-party... and they have a secret deal to split anything the guy "wins" in court as part of the fee agreement?

Or maybe Moore's producer has gone behind Mr. Moore's back to do this? Maybe Mike doesn't know that Disney or Lionsgate or whoever has paid this marine to sue them so they could get the publicity of the trial?

Of course, it's highly hypothetical and extremely unlikely.

9. James Nichols sued him over "Bowling For Columbine" and lost
He claimed that Moore made him look crazy. He should have sued all the Michigan news broadcasters, too, since they taped him acting all crazy when his brother got arrested for blowing up the OKC fed building.

10. That guy was in the U.S. Marines. That makes him government property.
That means he is in the public domain. Frivolous indeed.

11. Look at this comment:
By armymarinemom. "He did an excellent job stating his displeasure with Mr. Profit from War Michael Moore."

They say this yet they have absolutely zero problem with Halliburton.
Stupid uneducated fucks.
