i kick....people need to see different perspecives on how the progress is going from various areas of the city. While this one isn't particularly positive it offers some insight about what we're going through here.

5. it certainly feels Third World
we feel like the illegitimate step child of the US. Would they allow this lack of progress in another American City? for the sake of all the other American cities out there, I certainly hope not. Because any city could experience a major disaster. Ours was the catastrophic failure of the Federally maintained levee system.
