Not a soul from the Judiciary Committee, not one of the Gang of 14...and we know the White House crowd won't return his calls! Hell, when Stephanopolous has a better line up, you know the fat bastard has lost his juice!

Maybe it's time to push his flabby butt off that chair, and replace him with someone with a bit more vigor and reputation, like, say, David Gregory....

6. This would be the ideal weekend

... for the Dem machinery to have the anti-Alito witnesses (most of them law professors, IIRC) blanket these shows and get some 'propaganda' out there so that ALL Senators' phones would be ringing off the walls Monday morning with peeps DEMANDING a vote against that mo fo.

But hey, that would have taken some pre-planning and original thought by the Dem leadership, now wouldn't it ? :(
