When are the NSA hearings starting?

I remember before the holiday break Specter said he wanted to start hearings after the Alito hearings were over. So now I'm hearing the Alito hearings are going to go a little longer, so when are they going to have the NSA hearings? And what will happen if they find Bush guilty of violating the Constitution?

2. Not long now.

Conyers is going to have a hearing Monday, I think it is at noon and C-Span is supposed to cover it. He's going to have numerous witnesses including the CIA counsel under Clinton.

Spector is scheduled to get his underway February, first thing. Gonzalez is already scheduled to be his first witness.

I can't wait for this to start being pulled from every direction.

5. He's asked the almighty Gods

for a hearing room on the main floor. I didn't hear what their reply was yet. But that makes it even look worse for them if C-Span covers it and they have to be next to a water heater.

These are going to be impressive legal and constitutionally credentialled witnesses, not just a bunch of people who have no idea what they're talking about.

Wanted to correct the info on the Conyers hearing. It looks like it's being scheduled for next Friday at 11 AM.

Monday is a holiday. A deputy chief associate AG from the REAGAN administration is supposed to be one of those to testify.
