It is rarely about who has what taken away, that only comes into to play as a consequence of who gets what.

The question that needs to be thought about with Alito; is who is going to profit from this appointment? (I use the word appointment, because nomination denotes that there was someone who was going to be a judge to rule upon his acceptability)

I have my thoughts on this; but what is your take on “who gets what” with Alito’s appointment?

It has been proven that a group can usually come up with the correct answer through consensus.
