System of A down....Can we win this thing without civil war?
Edited on Sat Jan-14-06 02:47 AM by Boxerfan
Is it clear we can't fight this old school?...Is it clear the deck is so stacked against us & those who we have set forth in battle so weak....

There is no chance that I can see for a social or legal solution to the current gap between the two political parties & more basically the haves & the have nots...
In history the masses are long suffering under the chains of the oppressor & eventually revolt. The end result is always the same in theory as you have the power of numbers behind you. There will always be more poor than rich.

Now the rich control armies & can enslave you with low wages & a food supply tainted with chemicals.Mind control at every intersection & fed direct to your house! Truth obscured by poo flinging phsycophants tickles the testosterone of the addled masses.

WHEN WILL WE WAKE UP???
Now would be a good time but apparently we have to swing yet lower...

Complacency can not be shaken with a mere shout it must be a cry that echoes & pains...The alchoholic must hit the bottom to cease his self destruction. I'm afraid that is our nature. I'm also afraid this is how it must be for us as a society to muster the collective angst needed to rise up & squash the buggers.

The military will no doubt be called against us. I'm hopefull the true military leaders will recognize the insanity of killing thier fellow Americans & refuse orders. One can only hope.

As a start we need to realize what we represent to the Neocon fascist bastards. We are a RESOURCE!. Nothing more or less,to be exploited. The collective work force of America is overwhelmingly democratic. Management & owners are largely Republican. By abandoning our posts to fight for our rights & freedoms does not deny us an income. It guarantees us our only chance to regain the rights we hold so dear as Americans.

The Republicans will suffer immediate loss of thier work force. They would laugh it off at 1st but they will fold Imho.Hopefully an organized Co-op can be formed to aid the cause. As in the Orange revolution the Government MUST BE SHUT DOWN FOR THEM TO PAY ATTENTION!. Nothing less will do.

Stay at home, travel to protest if you can, fight if you must BUT DO NOT WORK FOR THE BEAST THAT IS KILLING YOU PEOPLE!! Just doing NOTHING will be a great contribution & those that can do more should & will.

There is no other choice

(Edited for spittle marks...)

1. States need to seceed from the Union
Edited on Sat Jan-14-06 02:54 AM by CrazyForKucinich
It's a gamble, they might attack us...when they're not collecting money from us through taxes and we take many resources with us but what other option is there? The Government would be the aggressors. We have a right to get rid of governments that fails us...secession is a perfect way to do that peacefully.

2. There's a reason
the glorious founders had to move across an ocean to rid themselves of a government that failed them.

And there's no free land anymore. Well, free as in requiring genocide and slavery to get it. All in the name of progress though.

3. A Civil War would fail
It is simply impossible to win against violence with violence. I am not just saying this because I watched the Gandhi movie, and I have adopted some script to my own philosophy of non-violent resistance to War-- and hate.

I say it would fail because—a civil war is strategically impossible to accompolish, and even if the--one in a million chance-- it was pulled off, those that would be in power would be no different—then those that were thrown out.

It really is quite simple to change the world-- and it does not require a civil war, or any great spiritual or political formulas, or acts of great merit propagated all thru the media beast.

It is as simple as changing ones own being, if a person can change themselves to the person that they are, then the world will change without any effort of the the person, and to also make it a point-- when one can--to not cooperate with the extremist Republican agenda, whenever one practically can.

Do not post messages that could be construed as advocating armed revolution or violent overthrow of the government of the United States.
