you gotta submit a full resume and they ask for 5 personal and 3 business references. And they check all of them.

Then they do a 10 year background check.

Its insane.

If you get accepted, you are hired into their internship program for a year, before you get to become a terrorist. Before you can blow yourself up, you gotta get coffee and make copies for another terrorist.
