4. But why shouldn't they listen to us?
They're supposed to work for us, and I just can't believe that most Democrats would rather not "rock the boat". I don't see Democrats even reaching out to different groups to try to bring them into the party unless they're right-wingers. We already HAVE a conservative party--why would we need another one?

As soon as Bush nominated her, and before anyone knew anything about her, Kristol was on the talk shows "I think the right thing for her to do is to withdraw her nomination."

fillibuster by gosh. dont let her in. how dare they put such a rightie out there for scj. some would counter with, she isnt going to be nearly as bad as the next one. maybe we ought to not yell so loud

GONNA LEAVE THE DEM PARTY if we dont fight meirs, was the chorus

republican nominees, crying that they were smeared and besmirched...

why are they so overwhelmingly silent on their verbal rape of Harriet Miers, the best candidate Bush could find for the Supreme Court?
