1. They broke the back of AARP as a group of buyers with economy
of scale to match Big Pharma.

When the UN - in getting serious about finances & management - decided to use their buying power to buy drugs..."Hey Big Pharma - we need 500 Million subscriptions for the pill - what sorta deal are one of you gonna give us?" - well that set in motion the end of the UN.. didn't it.

2. We all knew this was the case!
I want to know why the Dems aren't yelling about this NOW? Get on the damn talk shows and start bitching! This is a GREAT campaign promise! "Put the Dems in control and we will change the line in this new drug law to permit price negotiations to get better prices for YOU!"

3. it's Bushonomics
loot every little guy's health plan, savings, pension then channel it all into the pockets of big business.

run up the credit card to pay for an unaffordable war then channel it all into the pockets of big business.

Stock markets biggest companies share prices go up slightly. Market is 'buoyant'.

Slaps on the back all round for the boardmembers and other financial geniuses.
