What about based on FUCKING ETHICS? Scalito TOLD the Senate he SAID WHAT HIS BOSSES WANTED TO HEAR on previous applications for jobs. That's UNETHICAL. If ETHICS are part of QUALIFICATIONS then hell fucking yes this fascist should be FUCKING FILIBUSTERED.

1. Samuel Alito is corrupt. He doesn't belong on the court.

Alito ruled in favor of Vanguard when he had about $400,000 in mutual funds through Vanguard.
