Bill Clintor a poor kid,got this beat up old car. Over 8 years he lovingly restored it,beautiful paint,immaculate interior,wheels, that whole package. Sweat blood and tears went into it. Some rich SOB buys it and gives it to GWB. No appreciation for the work,no care for the cost,it was just handed to him.
