13. Just as long as you point out how they got there, it's okay to include
them for historical reference.

19. Some of that information must be historical because I don't
remember any female leaders in Panama in the last century. Not that I'm that old, but it only became a soverign country at the turn of the century. Prior to that, it was part of Columbia.

22. Ah! I figured out the mystery.
"Since 1991 President of the Arnolfist Party, 1994 Presidential Candidate. As Executive President she is also head of the Cabinet, and she is the first female President to have officially appointed a First Lady - her sister, Ruby Moscoso de Young. She was constitutionally barred from running for reelection. Mireya was first married to President Rodriguez de Arias Madrid (1901-88) who was President of Panama 1940-41, 1949-51 and 1968. Married to Mr. Gruber 1991-97 and mother of an adopted a child. (b. 1946-)."

I do remember Arias, the husband, but the period between 1991 to 1994 were extremely difficult years for me personally. Health issues as well as raising small children. Between the two, my brain was oatmeal. I have Newt Gingrich's revolution to thank for pulling me out of the coma.
