Jim Webb is right on George Allen's heels! Five points and closing

The poll gap between Sen. George Allen and Democratic challenger James Webb stands at just over five points, according to a Wall Street Journal/Zogby poll released this morning.

Webb defeated Harris Miller in the June Democratic primary to earn the right to challenge Allen in November. Today's poll has Allen favored by 48.8 percent of likely voters, Webb by 43.3 percent.

Also on the ballot is independent candidate Gail Parker, who was not included in the poll.

6. Currently in Northern Virginia he's running bullshit...
"vote for me, I'll protect your children from gangs and pedophiles" ads on T.V. He's gonna get blown away up here.
