Senate Dem. Policy Cmte. on Iraq Pre-War Intelligence CSpan 3 - 1:30 ET
Heads up...

The Senate Democratic Policy Cmte. conducts an oversight hearing on pre-war intelligence relating to Iraq. Former State Dept. & CIA officials who were involved in coordinating pre-war intelligence testify at the hearing.

1. Lets thank Santorum for helping with this....
Dumbass Rick blabbed his dumb fat mouth about WMD's.

The result...increased scrutiny on Iraq Pre-war intel.

Which is GOOD for America and bad for Bushco.

2. WTF is the Democratic Policy Committee ?
Is it an organ of the Senate ? Does it have legal (e.g. subpoena) power ?

3. It's Democrats in the Senate
They've created their own sub-committee to address issues the republicans won't hold hearings on. They have no power but sure do expose a lot of the illegalities this administration is involved in. They're the committee who continue to hold Senator Roberts feet to the fire to hold the second phase hearing on Iraq war intelligence.

I was afraid it was another opportunity to practice being ineffectual poseurs. (An unfortunately common affliction.) But actual good PR is almost as good, if not sometimes better, than having a majority. Looking forward to the phase 2 report...

Thanks for the info, BTW
