"Global Warming" is a pretty inaccurate term; I would have preferred
"Global Climate Change". Some of us will get warmer, some of us
will get colder. Some will get wetter (some, a *LOT* wetter, as in
underwater!) and some of us will die of draught.

Here in New England, if global climate change stops the thermo-
haline circulation if the Gulf Stream, we'll all probably freeze to
death.

So my use of quotes was just hinting at that inaccuracy in the
poll's question.

5. Gotcha. Just FYI, to the casual observer it might appear that
by putting it in quotes, you are taking the tack, as certain right wing talking heads and oil company shills do, that this phenomenon -whatever you want to call it, brought about by increased CO2 levels in the atmosphere via our planetary addiction to fossil fuels-- isn't happening at all.
