3. Sounds like they're using a late session to find a way to peek into |
|
our medical records. And they are hoping it will be ignored.

5. Didn't Bush state in one of his executive orders that |
|
medical records are owned by the state the consumer resides in and those records are shared with some several 10s of federal agencies?

6. From what I could tell, it was an proposed amendment to the Patriot Act |
|
that would have allowed the Justice Department, through the use of merely a National Security Letter, to get our medical records. The Repubs said that they needed our medical records to see if someone had done things like getting small pox vaccines, or the check to see if a person had been exposed to anthrax.
It was voted down on a voice vote.
But the scary part is that they're even entertaining the idea.

they just go ahead and do it anyway, what was the BUSH argument for warrantless searches, if I had presented it to Congress, they would have just said NO.

WHY would they need our medical histories? For anthrax???
But he'll do it anyway, won't he? He does whatever the hell he wants to so what does it matter?

16. Probably a "planned" diversion for a "BIG" story now breaking? |
|
Bush is guilty. He broke the laws of the US and the Geneva Convention, according the just announced decision of the US Supreme Court. It will be up to the Congress what the judgement should be...
