Anyone Think Al Gore can Win the Presidency ------ Again?
Edited on Mon Jan-16-06 01:48 PM by The Whiskey Priest
Gore was and is a President America needs. Maybe if we were to have a bit more fire-in-the-belly this time; we could secure the Gore election that we pissed off the last time.

Gore/Clark in 08?

11. Yes
I think the only other person who could win this really big is Feingold. Gore would be perfect if only he would run in 2008. I really hope and pray he does but I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't. I do think it's smart nobody is talking about 2008 except to just talk among yourselves and stuff. :)

16. He would have to win bigger than big, to overcome the rig.
Presidents Gore & Kerry will have an uphill battle... as long as the Bush supporters keep rigging the system.

20. I would like to think that we would meet the Hitler Youth
In the street the next time.....I still am ashamed that I allowed that bunch of nazis to beat on the glass and yell "stop the count" I and we should have been there to turn the cry into "stop the beating."

31. I'll Vote For Him!
I voted for Gore in 2000, even though I wasn't too excited about him. It looks like dealing with the last few years has put a fire into the guy that didn't seem to be there before. He's the guy this country needs. Go Gore!

He won the last one, why not?

I think we need new blood. While I would support a Hillary presidency, I'm thinking more and more that someone like Barack Obama is what we need. Articulate, smart, connects with voters, what's not to like?

36. Many would vote for him because they'd see integrity & strength
Integrity, strength, knowledge, experience, honesty, safety, leadership, direction, planning, etc. All of the things the M$M tried to paint as "boring" in '00 (and '04 with Kerry), the public would latch onto like a lifeline. Oh, yeah, I think Gore would win, handily.

Gore/Clark works for me. Gore/Kerry. Gore/Edwards. Gore/Dean. I'm flexible.

43. Sure.
He's not my first choice, but of course he could. I think he is a bit short on charisma, but the public is well aware of his intelligence and experience, and even many republicans concede that he really did win in two thousand. So he could win a lot votes from people who feel he has earned it.
