We really don't know what's happening behind closed doors and between the ears of any of the players.

My own response to it is that we Democrats are simply working on the details of exactly how we'll kick the bastards out of power. As far as I'm concerned, Bill, Hillary, Al and Tipper are all pals. And they probably are.

Gore's in this for the long run, and he'll do what he feels he has to, to make the return to Democracy succeed. As will most of us. The crooks now in power have about three years remaining to savor their joyride before their lives become isolated, inescapable worlds of hurt.
