...should hopefully find themselves fighting off a really big, really nasty, class action suit, with the possibility of criminal charges as well.
Seems like easy pickings for some bright legal eagles.
Sue the telcos for breach of contract, malfeasance, and whatever, and prosecute them for their part in the illegal wiretapping. Local and state prosecutors can even get in on the fun.
