Are The Telcos that Collaberated in Spying Being SUED Yet?
"any telecommunications company that has provided the government with access to private information concerning the communications of Americans without a proper warrant..."

...should hopefully find themselves fighting off a really big, really nasty, class action suit, with the possibility of criminal charges as well.

Seems like easy pickings for some bright legal eagles.

Sue the telcos for breach of contract, malfeasance, and whatever, and prosecute them for their part in the illegal wiretapping.
Local and state prosecutors can even get in on the fun.

1. Seems like I'm a shareholder, customer and former employee of
these telecom companies. I don't think the shareholders meeting should be free of these allegations.
