It's not that Barr is missing. He was on the video feed minutes before his segment was to go on. Then, the feed failed.

It was an awkward few minutes while no one was at the podium.

5. I believe his intro was off site, not in the theater

and Gore said the feed was there and all was fine until just before he was introduced. I remember wondering if the problem was accidental, or if another NSI maneuver was underway.

Some how, the satellite was messed up. Now I wonder who has the power to disrupt the satellite feds. :freak:

At the risk of sounding paranoid, I have to say that I have no doubt that the satellite disruption was done on purpose, but my big question is:

Where is Bob Barr now? And why isn't he giving any statements regarding Al's speech? A prominant Republican joining forces with Gore and speaking against Bush would be so much more credible. Come out into the open, Mr. Barr! Your country needs you!!!
